behold: life beyond grief
Behold is a book about infertility, failed adoptions, and self acceptance. After many years trying to conceive and two more hoping to adopt a child, I was in a dark place. After hitting rock bottom, I stopped blaming myself for not becoming the mom I wanted to be, and focused on loving myself for who I am.
Behold came together while I was using artificial intelligence to illustrate my experiences. In the process, my feelings also became short poems, and I'm publishing them in hopes of helping others heal.
